When finishing a consultation, the veterinarian adds the services used. Catalogue items and custom services entered as text are supported. The draft invoice becomes available for reception to review and finalise.

Billing separates clinical work from financial finalisation at reception. It includes a service and product catalogue, custom services, invoices for individuals and companies, PDFs and a record of payments.
Review and issue at reception
Reception can complete the services, including custom items, and check billing information for an individual or company. Issued documents can be downloaded as PDFs from the invoice list. Required billing information must be completed before issuance.
Recorded payments and operational visibility
Payment records make it possible to follow fully paid, partially paid and outstanding amounts. Lists can be filtered by period, location and team members. Corrections and refunds are handled through the workflow available for the relevant document.

Can I add a service that is not in the catalogue?
Yes. Veterinarians can add a custom service when finishing the consultation, and reception can add one to a draft invoice.
Are partial payments supported?
Yes. Recorded payments are tracked against the invoice total so the team can identify the outstanding balance.
Does recording a payment mean processing a card?
Payment records document money received in the application. This function should not be confused with a card processor or payment terminal.
